I created Burning Bush Adventures in 1990 shortly after beginning rabbinical school. Prior to entering rabbinical school I worked for Outward Bound in Minnesota, Florida, Maine and England. It has been my pleasure to serve congregations in Pennsylvania (this one was in a prison), Vermont, and Alaska I am currently the rabbi of Congregation Shirat Hayam in Marshfield, MA.
I have paddled many miles of rivers, streams and lakes throughout the northeast and mid west and guided groups for 30 years.  I am a New York State licensed wilderness guide and  Wilderness First Responder.
In addition to leading BBA trips and tending to my little congregation, I an officer in the Bennington Fire Department, and life coach.  I also build wood canoes.
